Refund policy
Refunds and Returns
We do not offer or have a return or refund policy. All our products are final sale. Once products are sold and shipped, we have no control on the type of environments they have been exposed to (extreme heat/cold) and therefore cannot except returns. The only exception is if a product is deemed defective by Terrafuse or damages in shipping. These situations and/or scenarios will be treated on a case-by-case basis and only products deemed defective by Terrafuse will be offered a refund and/or replacement material.
