TF Structural Repair Mortar (Part B)

TF Structural Part B is the liquid activator component of the two-part TF Structural concrete overlay and structural repair system. Specially formulated to work in combination with TF Structural Part A powder, Part B provides superior performance, versatility, and ease of use for both interior and exterior applications.

Part B is a high-performance polymer activator that eliminates the need for primers, bonding agents, and curing compounds. It allows variable mix ratios to achieve the desired consistency for any application—ranging from thin overlays to deep structural rebuilds.

Primary Use:
Mix TF Structural Part B with TF Structural Part A to produce a durable, fast-setting mortar for patching and resurfacing concrete.

Typical Applications:

• Structural and cosmetic concrete repair

• Smoothing and leveling damaged substrates

• Filling spalls, voids, and surface imperfections

• Bridge decks, slabs, industrial floors, and precast panels

Mixing Instructions:

1. Pour the required amount of TF Structural Part B into a clean mixing container.

2. Slowly add TF Structural Part A while mechanically mixing at low speed (300–450 rpm).

3. Mix for 2–4 minutes until smooth and lump-free.

4. Adjust mix ratio as needed for desired consistency.

5. Apply immediately after mixing—pot life is limited.

Placement Notes:

• Ensure concrete surface is clean, sound, and free of contaminants.

• Apply with a steel trowel, screed, or other suitable tool.

• Protect from moisture, freezing, and contamination during cure.

• Do not add water or other materials to alter viscosity.

TF Structural Part B has a light red/pink liquid appearance. When combined with Part A, it cures to a natural grey concrete finish suitable for overcoating or left exposed.
