TF Structural Part A is designed exclusively for use with TF Structural Part B as part of a two-component repair system.

Typical Uses:

• Structural concrete repair and patching

• Reinstatement of spalled or damaged concrete surfaces

• Vertical, overhead, or horizontal repairs

• Precast, bridge deck, and industrial floor restoration

Mixing Instructions:

1. Use only clean, dry tools and containers.

2. Slowly add TF Structural Part B to TF Structural Part A while mechanically mixing.

3. Mix until a smooth, uniform mortar consistency is achieved (typically 3–4 minutes).

4. Avoid over-mixing or adding water.

5. Place immediately after mixing.

Placement Notes:

• Apply only to sound, clean, and dry concrete surfaces.

• Ensure good ventilation when mixing or applying the product.

• Never seal freshly mixed product in closed containers during curing.

• Clean tools with water immediately after use.

TF Structural Part A is supplied as a light grey powder and, once cured with Part B, yields a natural concrete finish. It does not alter surface color or sheen and can be left exposed or overcoated with compatible sealers or coatings.
