Surface Preparation:

• Ensure coating or sealer is clean, dry, and properly mixed before adding TF Non-Slip.

• Remove any dust, oil, or contaminants that could affect coating adhesion.

Mixing:

• Add TF Non-Slip slowly while stirring the coating or sealer to ensure even dispersion.

• Use low to medium mechanical agitation to prevent clumping.

• Typical dosage: 2–5% by weight of the total coating or sealer.

• Mix until the powder is uniformly suspended and no visible particles remain.

Application Methods:

• Apply the coating using roller, brush, or sprayer as recommended by the coating manufacturer.

• Maintain gentle agitation in the container during use to keep the additive evenly distributed.

• Avoid over-application in one area to maintain consistent texture and finish.

• For high-traffic or wet environments, a second light coat may be applied for additional traction.

Curing:

• Allow coating to cure fully according to product specifications before opening to traffic.

Clean-Up:

• Clean all tools and equipment immediately with water (for water-based systems) or appropriate solvent (for solvent-based systems).

TF Non-Slip is a white, free-flowing powder that remains invisible when properly dispersed. It does not affect surface gloss, texture, or color of the finished product when used at the recommended dosage.
