TF Structural Pure (Add Water)

TF Structural Pure (Add Water) is a one-component, matte finish, interior/exterior concrete coating and structural repair mortar. Typically installed as a stand-alone overlay for concrete substrates, it provides an economical solution that has excellent abrasion resistance properties and very good durability against mechanical damage. TF Structural Pure is used for spall repairs, complete resurfacing, large structural rebuilds, or anywhere damaged concrete is in need of repair.

TF Pure requires no primers, no scrub coats, no critical mixing ratios and no curing procedures. Its unique chemistry allows the worker up to 45 minutes of working time, while still generating strengths higher than concrete after 4 hours. This offers an extremely fast return to service, even in cold weather applications. Please refer to the data-sheet for proper surface preparation and product use.

This small patch and repair size will work for areas smaller than 12 square feet at a 2" depth. For larger projects such as complete resurfacing, consider a bulk order of our 50lb bags (minimum 5 bags).

• Mix 0.6–0.72 gallons (2.3–2.7 L) of clean water per 50 lb (22.7 kg) bag.

• Adjust water slightly for desired consistency (less for deep repairs, more for thin overlays).

• Mix mechanically at low speed (300–450 RPM) for 30–60 seconds.

• Apply immediately after mixing using a steel trowel or screed.

• For broom finishes, texture while product remains plastic.

• Do not overwork after setting begins.

TF Structural Pure is a light grey concrete-colored powder that cures to a natural concrete finish. It can be broomed, troweled, or formed to replicate existing surfaces. No decorative pigments or gloss finishes are included—intended for structural and functional repair applications.
